Governor Dayton signs Omnibus Health and Human Services Bill into law

On Friday April 27th, Governor Dayton signed into law the Omnibus Health and Human Services Bill. On Monday April 30th the Governor held a ceremonial bill signing event in the Governor’s reception room at the State Capitol.
